Umbriaweine comes again with a new discovery: the Perticaia estate in Montefalco produces wines of top quality. Our olive oil supplier, Carlo Peltristo, took us along for a wine tasting! And what a tasting! This very delicate rosé wine takes wine to a new level.
On the nose flowers, such as wild roses, alongside exotic fruits and a hint of Galia melon. On the palate an explosion of fruits, such as peach and citrus fruits, that last a long time. This rosé wine is very suitable as an aperitif wine, but is also a good combination with fresh fish and light meals.
This rosé wine from Perticaia is balanced, fresh and harmonious in flavour. Drink this wine at 10 to 12 degrees Celsius, a real feast for your palate!
