Cantina La Veneranda Federico II Rosato IGT Umbria
A rosé made from 100% Sagrantino. Intense colour in the glass and full of flavour. This rosé wine from La Veneranda stands out with an excellent flavour and is made from 100% Sagrantino, the red grape from Montefalco and the surrounding area.
After a first short contact on the lees for 12 to 14 hours at low temperature, the grapes are gently pressed, followed by ageing in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 4 to 5 months. Then bottling takes place and a final ageing in the bottle over a number of months.
