A rosé made from 100% Sagrantino. Intense color in the glass and full-bodied flavor. This rosé wine from La Veneranda is characterized by an excellent taste and is made from 100% Sagrantino, the red wine grape from Montefalco and the surrounding area.
After an initial short contact with the lees for 12 to 14 hours at a low temperature, the grapes are gently pressed, followed by aging in steel tanks under controlled temperature for 4 to 5 months. This is followed by bottling and a final aging in the bottle for several months.
