Vitalonga Rosé
The Vitalonga Rosé is a dense, pale rosé wine with distinct accents. Elegant and modern, this wine presents a shimmering bouquet of wild rose, pink grapefruit, raspberry and pomegranate. The grapes are hand-picked and placed into cold maceration.
A constant temperature of 10 °C is maintained. The wine is then drained and matures in stainless-steel tanks, resting for a further six months after bottling before it reaches the market. Ideal as an aperitif, as a summer wine or with light pasta dishes. Enjoy the Vitalonga Rosé at a drinking temperature of about 6–8 °C.
