Le Rive Abramo Marca Trevigiana Raboso IGT
This wine bears the name of the estate’s son. After the harvest, at the end of October, the grapes are briefly dried in order to give a softer wine from the very full Raboso grape. The grapes are then fermented completely with the skins, and the further ageing takes place in oak barrels for 18 months.
The Abramo has a ruby-red colour with ruby reflections and has notes of plums and cherries. A full but soft red wine. This wine pairs very well with game dishes, quality beef and mature cheeses. Please drink this wine at 18 to 20 degrees Celsius. Tip: please open at least one hour before consumption.
