The Poggio Lupo winery in Allerona specializes in local wines and produces all wines on an organic basis. Owner Massimo almost completed the new winery in 2025 after nearly 2 years of construction. The old building was completely renovated, or rather rebuilt, and will soon also include accommodation for a wonderful holiday.
Poggio Lupo in Allerona markets this wine, which is made from 100% Petit Verdot. This special grape variety thrives in the Allerona region, producing a high-quality wine. With a beautiful color in the glass, soft tannins and red fruits on the nose, this red wine delights with a gentle yet full flavor on the palate.
