This red wine from Torgiano is made from Sangiovese and Merlot and, after the initial ageing in steel, is aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months. The young winemaker Daniele Rossi has taken up the cultivation of lovely wines again in this beautiful area, not far from Perugia.
