Hundreds of years of tradition: that is what you can expect at Castello di Montegiove. You can also taste it in the wines made there by Lorenzo. Here we have the Orvietano Rosso, a cuvée of Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
We at Umbriaweine are very proud to be able to offer this wine. A soft red wine that is first aged for 5 months in 3-year-old oak barrels and undergoes its final fermentation over 12 months in concrete tanks, which gives the wine its soft flavour.
