The small estate of Daniele Rossi in Torgiano produces, in total, around 12,000 bottles per year. The young winemaker is enthusiastic about the region and works only with the best grape varieties.

Here we offer the Amdaro, a red wine made from 70% Sangiovese and 30% Merlot. After ageing over 6 months in French barriques, a further ageing of at least 12 months in the bottle follows.
