Description
Le Rive Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC
The Bonato family in Negrisia (TV) has been producing wines in this area of Veneto since 1888 and specialises in Prosecco and Spumante. We visited this estate at the beginning of October 2025 and are delighted with the quality wines made here. A good addition to our portfolio!
This Prosecco Rosé DOC is a cuvée of Glera (the Prosecco grape) and Pinot Nero. On the nose intense notes of peach, wild strawberries and a hint of green apple. The bubbles in the wine are long-lasting and very fine. On the palate also very fresh, wonderfully soft with a flavour of ripe fruits. Take a look at how beautifully the bubbles in the glass form in this Prosecco!
This Prosecco is very well suited as an aperitif, but also pairs well with main courses with truffle, vegetables, fish dishes, dishes with white meat, sushi and fried fish. Or with antipasti of Parma ham, mortadella and small cubes of Parmesan cheese. Please drink this Prosecco at 8 to 10 degrees Celsius.
