Le Rive Cuvée Spumante Extra Dry
The Bonato family in Negrisia (TV) has been producing wines in this area of Veneto since 1888 and specialises in Prosecco and Spumante. We visited this estate at the beginning of October 2025 and are delighted with the quality wines made here. A good addition to our portfolio!
This Cuvée Spumante has a very lovely yellow colour in the glass and fine but very long-lasting bubbles. On the nose fresh, with green apple, peach and acacia blossom. On the palate rich, intense, with notes of the aromas mentioned above. This spumante pairs very well with light meals or as an aperitif.
Drink this spumante at 8 to 10 degrees Celsius to guarantee the best flavour. A real pleasure to enjoy with a tasty sparkling wine.
