With this discovery, literally 5 metres across the border of Umbria, we bring very lovely wines to our customers. Cantine Ravazzi is located in the small place of Palazzone, right on the border of Tuscany and Umbria.

The Ravazzi family, now in its 4th generation, produces a number of wines, of which the red wines make up the largest part. We at Umbriaweine have added a number of very interesting wines to our range!

Chianti: the wine from this region of Tuscany, but not a normal Chianti — a flavourful, special red wine with intense aromas, a real discovery!

For some time now we have been marketing 2 wines from this estate in Sicily: the Vitese Syrah and
the Vitese Grillo. The Colomba Bianca estate converted its grape cultivation to organic certification some time ago.

Let yourself be delighted by this discovery: Vitese Syrah, a really lovely Syrah, and
the Grillo, a local grape variety from Sicily. Now available at Umbriaweine.

Weinmanufaktur Hiller in Randersacker, not far from Würzburg in Franconia, offers the best wines of this region.
Silvaner is the most widely grown grape variety in this region, and Christian Hiller makes very lovely wines from it.

With a production of 6,000 bottles per year, we offer here very exclusive wines from a small winemaker.
The most widely grown grape variety in this area is the Silvaner. This variety grows very well in this region
and shows the best of Franconia.

Alongside the Silvaner, a Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) is grown on the 1.5 hectares of vines. Today this variety is only used to make a rosé wine. Here too the production is very small: only around 600 bottles of the rosé are made per year.
