Le Rive Prosecco Frizzante Spago Brut DOC
The Bonato family in Negrisia (TV) has been producing wines in this area of Veneto since 1888 and specialises in Prosecco and Spumante. We visited this estate at the beginning of October 2025 and are delighted with the quality wines made here. A good addition to our portfolio!
A really soft Prosecco, less dry, with a fine perlage and a lovely straw-yellow colour in the glass. On the nose notes of green apple, peach and acacia blossom. On the palate soft, with a flavour of peach and white blossom.
Very suitable as an aperitif, but also delicious with risotto, vegetable and fish dishes. Because of the higher residual sugar content, this Prosecco is very pleasant; please drink this wine at 6 to 8 degrees Celsius.
