Cantine Ravazzi, just over the border of Umbria, in the small village of Palazzone (San Casciano dei Bagni), offers with this Chianti a very interesting and high-quality red wine.
With intense aromas of plums and violets, with notes of red berries and currants, but also cherries. Drink this wine at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius; it pairs very well with pasta dishes with meat, grilled meat, or also as an aperitif.
